Step into the memories of the incredible 'Back-2-School with Hungie Recordz' event, where our vibrant community came together to show their support and enjoy a day filled with excitement and generosity. The event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on both children and parents alike. We were able to distribute an astounding 350 book bags, ensuring that students were equipped with the necessary supplies for the school year ahead. Additionally, 50 children received free haircuts, boosting their confidence and getting them ready for a fresh start. The event also delighted taste buds, as we served over 600 mouthwatering hotdogs and refreshing beverages to all attendees. It was a true celebration of community, education, and giving back, making a positive difference in the lives of those we served.

As a community, we showed up and turned up in full force, proudly displaying our LGBTQ+ and Latino pride. This marked our second year participating in the pride parade, and we made an even bigger impact than before.
Our presence was a bold statement of unity, acceptance, and celebration of diversity. We marched alongside fellow community members, creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that resonated with all who witnessed it. Celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month with us at the exclusive Dinner On Us Event, featuring the distinguished special guest Los Artistas Del Barrio. This event served as a hub for entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas on stage, encouraging collaboration and growth within our community. To add to the excitement, Los Artistas Del Barrio generously donated a stunning piece of their artwork, leaving a lasting impression on our esteemed guests. Puerto Rican Day Parade After Party ft. DJ Avee

LKWNY took the initiative to create an upscale party that catered to the LGBTQ+ and Latin communities, providing a safe and welcoming space for all. This groundbreaking event marked the first-ever LGBTQ+ Latin pride party, showcasing the vibrant and diverse identities within our community. Additionally, it was a historic moment as an LGBTQ+ Latin float participated in the Puerto Rican Day Parade for the first time, symbolizing the progress and visibility of these intersecting identities. Join us as we continue to foster unity, pride, and acceptance, making unforgettable memories at this groundbreaking celebration.
Breakout Event Neighbor Churches giving back to community
Join us as we reminisce about the incredible Breakout Event where neighbor churches came together to give back to the community. The day was filled with joy and excitement as we hosted a lively block party featuring a variety of activities. Children delighted in the bounce house while families enjoyed mouthwatering grilled food and engaging games. In the spirit of generosity, we distributed clothes to those in need, ensuring everyone felt supported and cared for. Local performers graced the stage, entertaining the crowd with their talents. Additionally, our dedicated volunteers undertook the task of revitalizing a non-profit building in the neighborhood, giving it a fresh new paint job. The Breakout Event was a testament to the power of unity and the profound impact that can be made when neighbor churches and the community come together.
Fuego Event at BitterSweet Lounge ft. DJ Avee

This unforgettable event took place during Renaissance week, a celebration hosted by Black and Latino Pride that brought together the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities. We joined forces with the talented Alex Burgos to create a night of pure excitement and pride. The event served as a vibrant tribute to LGBTQ+ and Latin culture, showcasing the diversity and unity of these communities. With pulsating beats, energetic performances, and a welcoming atmosphere, Fuego Event at BitterSweet Lounge left an indelible mark on the attendees, celebrating love, identity, and Renaissance week in the most unforgettable way.
Buffalo Pride: Homecoming

We proudly made history as we participated for the first time in Buffalo's Pride parade, representing the LGBTQ+ Latinx community with our vibrant and inclusive float. Our presence marked a significant milestone as the first LGBTQ+ Latin pride float in the parade's history. The event was filled with joy, love, and unity as we celebrated diversity and embraced the spirit of Pride. Our float showcased the vibrant colors, music, and culture of the LGBTQ+ Latinx community, spreading messages of acceptance and equality. It was a monumental moment that highlighted the strength and resilience of our community, leaving a lasting impact on Buffalo's Pride Homecoming.
Back to Tradition: Parranda Edition 2019
Featuring Son Borikua
Step back in time and embrace the rich cultural heritage of our founders at the unforgettable Back to Tradition: Parranda Edition 2019 ft Son Borikua event. This inaugural Parranda celebration was a vibrant homage to Puerto Rican history and tradition, infused with modern elements. Witness the joyous gathering of friends and family as they embarked on a lively journey, visiting houses and filling the air with the enchanting melodies of traditional Puerto Rican Christmas carols known as aguinaldos. Our event was a true melting pot, bringing together diverse communities to enjoy live music, delectable food, Coquito (a traditional Puerto Rican holiday beverage), and an exciting domino contest. Attendees even had the opportunity to join the band and play their own instruments, creating a truly magical experience. Buffalo, NY was forever marked by the success of this first-of-its-kind celebration.
